I may be a little late to the party on this, but I just discovered Last.fm If you don't know what it is, I'll try to explain. You put in the music you like, and then it suggests similar artists to listen to. You can stream right off their site, or you can install a program. If you install the program, it can keep track of the music you listen to on your computer (like on iTunes or even your iPod) and build an even larger profile of what you like to listen to. And thus making better recommendations.

Mr. Funnypants: A Cute Patient Story

So, today at work one of my patients decided to take a self-guided tour of the building without telling anyone and I "lost" him for an hour. Meanwhile, another patient (I'll call him Mr. Funnypants) decided he didn't want to stay in his chair either. So, I says to Mr. Funnypants, "Pretty please stay in your chair for a few minutes because I misplaced one of the other patients and I need to go look for that person." Mr. Funnypants, not knowing anything about the other patient says, "Look no further, she's under my bed!"
